Job summary

IMV International Micro Village Inc. in Davao is seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager for a full-time role. You will manage key partner relationships, drive growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery across all partner accounts.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams to meet partner needs and deliver strategic account plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in account/partner management within a sales environment (B2B)
• Proven track record of growing strategic partner accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and serve as their primary contact
• Monitor partner performance against targets and provide regular reporting
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the partner portfolio
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations and product teams to meet partner needs
• Conduct regular partner business reviews and plan for future growth
• Develop account strategies tailored to each partner's objectives
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with agreements
• Provide partners with training, resources and ongoing support
• Resolve partner concerns promptly and implement solutions
• Prepare reports on partner activity and market trends
