Job summary

NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. seeks an Operational Training & Enablement Specialist to translate business initiatives into end-user training resources. You will develop materials across departments, support LMS content, and facilitate training programs.

Collaborating with Operations, Compliance, Underwriting, IT, and other teams, you will drive adoption of new processes and enhance training effectiveness in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in mortgage operations, training, onboarding, communications, or related field.
• Willingness to learn complex operational processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Encompass or similar enterprise workflow systems preferred.
• Experience supporting training programs and process improvement preferred.
• Experience using LMS platforms, SharePoint, virtual training tools, and AI productivity tools is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving training materials (presentations, QRGs, workflows, job aids, newsletters, LMS content).
• Translate updates into practical training materials for operations, compliance, underwriting, and tech.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to rollout initiatives and drive adoption.
• Identify gaps during discussions and provide training/documentation reinforcement.
• Suggest improvements to training effectiveness, learner engagement, and consistency.
• Help facilitate live webinars, virtual trainings, onboarding, and workshops.
• Analyze recurring questions and trends to improve training and processes.
• Support adoption of systems, workflows, policies, and expectations.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking of training projects.
• Maintain training resources in SharePoint, LMS, Teams, and related platforms.
• Perform other duties as needed.
