Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a high-potential Operations Strategy professional to diagnose problems, structure approaches, and drive cross-functional alignment with minimal guidance.

You will develop forecasting models, support city rollout plans, and monitor KPIs, delivering clear, decision-ready reports to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in operations strategy, logistics, or analytics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• Drives problem-solving with accountability and execution.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations strategy, logistics, e-commerce, analytics, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream execution from planning through to launch.
• Diagnose and structure problems end-to-end and surface constraints.
• Build and maintain planning models and forecasts.
• Drive PMO and cross-functional coordination to go-live and review.
• Analyze performance and translate gaps into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare structured outputs for senior stakeholders with clear recommendations.
• Support and guide analysts and junior team members.
