Job summary

I-Serve360 Corporation seeks a Chief Operations Officer to lead all operational aspects from the Bicol Region. This full-time executive role focuses on driving efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring execution of the business plan to support growth and market leadership.

The COO will oversee sales, logistics, finance basics, HR policies, and cross-functional coordination, while optimizing processes and controls to achieve cost efficiencies and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
• 3–5+ years in operations management or a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in sales and overall business operations
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and logistics processes
• Familiarity with Accounting, budgeting, financial controls, and reporting
• Knowledge of HR operations, and workplace policies
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Holds a valid driver's license and is capable of driving a company vehicle
• Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills
• Willing and able to handle cross-functional responsibilities and support the company’s overall strategic and operational goals
