Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Chief Operating Officer to align operations with company goals in the Philippines. The role partners with executives to drive performance, optimize processes, and ensure seamless client service across departments.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in senior management, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage budgets, reporting, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; postgraduate studies are a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role, handling general management, finance, operations, and support teams.
• Able to work well with different personalities and adapt to complex company environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reviews current processes, finds skill or knowledge gaps, and creates plans for improvement.
• Sets department goals, KPIs, and prepares reports and updates for senior management.
• Represents the Chairman in handling operational issues, especially those related to clients.
• Reviews company issues, evaluates proposed solutions, and presents recommendations to the Chairman.
• Acts as bridge between different departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Manages key administrative duties such as hiring, employee placement, discipline, training, and performance reviews.
• Manages budget and ensure operational activities are cost-effective, collaborating with the CFO to align operational spending with financial goals.
