Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an HR Onboarding & Program Management Lead to oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new officers and staff at head office and branches. The role ensures a seamless experience for new hires while supervising the productivity and performance of the onboarding team.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with HR, IT and recruiters to validate requirements, schedule onboarding sessions, and monitor compliance.

• Experience in onboarding, recruitment, or HR operations.
• Strong program management skills to oversee multiple initiatives.
