Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an HR Onboarding & Program Management Lead to oversee onboarding for new officers and staff at head office and branches, ensuring a smooth experience while supervising team productivity.

You will coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors for medical and background checks, manage documentation in the HR system, and provide new-hire support. This role drives process improvements through data-driven insights and regular reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven onboarding, recruiting, or HR operations experience.
• Strong program management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency with HR systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding with new hires and internal teams to complete pre-employment requirements on time.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Work with recruiters to ensure candidates meet requirements and onboarding dates are confirmed.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure hiring details are communicated and documented.
• Coordinate with vendors for medical, background checks, and other hiring requirements.
• Follow up with new hires for incomplete employment requirements.
• Review and ensure all employment requirements are completed and submitted in the system (RHEA).
• Ensure submitted requirements are stored in HR System or SharePoint.
• Monitor submission of incomplete requirements and ensure they are submitted by committed date.
• Update trackers and reporting platforms.
• Provide training and troubleshooting to new hires for uploading requirements in HR system (RHEA).
• Assist new hires in completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Serve as the point of contact for new employees during onboarding.
• Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions including New Employee Orientation (NEO) and NEO Cap-Off.
• Track and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and projects.
• Design and implement performance metrics aligned with strategic goals.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance based on metrics.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress and provide support.
• Review onboarding-related reports; analyze for trends and bottlenecks.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine onboarding procedures.
• Maintain records of onboarding reports for auditing.
