Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks an Incentives Management Support Officer to design, administer, and execute incentive and recognition programs that drive employee performance and engagement.

You will assist in communications, awards activities, payouts, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and accurate incentive delivery across the Bank. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in rewards and recognition, project management, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and project management.
• Marketing, communications, and event/campaign execution experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and administering Incentives and Awards Programs.
• Monitor incentive payouts, validate data, and coordinate with finance and HR.
• Prepare management reports on program performance and budget utilization.
• Plan recognition events and award ceremonies.
• Develop communication plans to promote incentive programs across the organization.
