Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in organizational development or institutional strengthening.
• Experience working with Philippine government systems (DBM, CSC, GAA).
• Experience in public sector reform or organizational design.
• ICT sector experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, innovation, or organizational psychology approaches and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• This consultancy will focus on strengthening existing work and providing practical, implementation-oriented guidance and tools to support DICT in advancing the institutionalization of FPIAP.
