Job summary

UNDP in the Philippines is seeking an Institutional Sustainability & Technology Consultant to develop a Deployment Handbook for technology-enabled public service infrastructure. The assignment focuses on planning, deployment, implementation, and long-term sustainability across diverse settings.

The consultant will tailor guidance for DICT and partners, leveraging experiences from CoRe FW4A to improve resilience and service delivery in health, education, LGU operations, and MSME support.

Qualifications

• University-level degree in ICT, engineering, development studies, public administration, systems design, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in sustainability planning for ICT or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Sustainability and Technology Deployment Handbook for DICT and partners.
• Provide practical guidance, tools, and approaches adaptable across sectors and settings.
• Support institutional capacity building and deployment planning.
• Coordinate with UNDP, DICT, and partners to ensure alignment with project objectives.
