Advanced Energy is seeking a PMO Manager to standardize New Product Introduction execution within our factory. You will drive governance, planning, and delivery alignment with organizational goals across projects.

The role focuses on portfolio visibility, resource coordination, and continuous improvement, with a path to leadership in project management within a global engineering environment. This position is based in Rosario, Cavite.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years in electronics manufacturing or EMS environment.
• 3 years in NPI, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering leadership.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Governance & Standards: Align NPI procedure with global and BU PDP procedures; ensure consistency and compliance across projects.
• Performance & Reporting: Produce dashboards and status reports for leadership; enable early issue identification.
• Resource Management: Coordinate shared resources; reduce conflicts and improve delivery predictability.
• Capability Development: Provide training and coaching; mentor MSR leads.
• Tooling & Data: Owns or supports PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and maintains data integrity.
