Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of B2B sales, IT distribution, or enterprise solution selling.
• Experience managing resellers or enterprise clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, resellers, system integrators, and business partners.
• Handle B2B sales, account management, and channel sales for AWB Networks' product portfolio.
• Promote wireless, wired, and enterprise networking solutions including routers, switches, access points, and network infrastructure products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT and network solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution presentations for clients.
• Lead product discussions, presentations, and client meetings.
• Coordinate closely with technical and internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
