Job summary

Roche Philippines seeks an experienced sales professional to drive revenue in the Central Luzon region. You will build deep customer insights, develop opportunities, and present solutions to decision-makers while ensuring compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales within IVD/medical devices, a relevant degree, and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Medical Technologist or related fields is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of sales-related experience, preferably in IVD, medical devices, or related fields.
• Relevant and proven complex sales experience is preferred.
• Preferably with IVD market knowledge coupled with an entrepreneurial flair, resilience and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute effective sales strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed targets in the assigned area.
• Develop deep understanding of each customer account, stakeholders, and product preferences.
• Ensure census and pricing data are provided to finance before final proposals.
• Build long-term value-based relationships by anticipating needs and offering solutions.
• Establish credibility with customers and stakeholders through business acumen and communication.
• Identify and develop opportunities within the area and collaborate across teams.
• Present and sell products to key decision-makers by analyzing needs and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure timely implementation of activities aligned with policies and SOPs.
