Job summary

BDO Unibank in the Philippines seeks a Strategic Marketing Officer to help develop and execute marketing strategies for BDO Remit. The role focuses on creating integrated campaigns and translating business objectives into compelling communications and content.

You will work onsite in Ortigas, collaborating with Media, Product and external partners to drive brand awareness and product adoption across digital and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Job Summary

The Strategic Marketing Officer supports development and execution of BDO Remit's marketing strategy by generating campaign ideas, developing integrated marketing initiatives and translating business objectives into compelling communications. The Strategic Marketing Officer also needs to develop strategic content across digital and offline channels to strengthen brand positioning and drive product awareness and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives
• Generate campaign concepts, marketing initiatives and content ideas grounded in market trends and business opportunities.
• Develop strategic communication frameworks, messaging and content that effectively translate product benefits into customer value
• Coordinate with Media, Product, and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
• Partner with internal business units to develop integrated marketing initiatives and cross-sell communication opportunities
• Manages marketing content calendar and oversee timely rollout of campaigns across multiple touchpoints

Qualifications:

• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, Journalism or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, content marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or communications
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
