Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Marketing Head to lead the marketing team, drive campaigns, events, and brand activations, while partnering with key stakeholders across the organization. The role focuses on delivering business and branding objectives and entails managing budgets and resources.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in marketing, 3+ years in people management, and a strong background in events/brand management. Banking/fintech experience is preferred; onsite work in Ortigas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience with 3 years in a people management role.
• Strong background in marketing events, activations, and brand management.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or fintech is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing team to deliver business and branding objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and brand activation programs.
• Oversee branch marketing, merchandising, and marketing collateral deployment.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand standards and guidelines.
• Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and event partners.
• Partner with business units to support customer acquisition and growth initiatives.
• Monitor campaign and event performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
