Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations/ Manufacturing Head to oversee daily manufacturing activities, optimize production plans, and drive quality and cost control. The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in manufacturing operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, production, plant operations, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience; 10+ years managerial experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of production processes, productivity, quality management, and planning.
• Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Cebuano, Hiligaynon, Waray-waray, Aklanon, Surigaonon & Butuanon dialects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing and production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and monitor production plans, schedules, targets, and KPIs.
• Ensure output meets quality, quantity, cost, and delivery standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead productivity improvements, process optimization, waste reduction, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Purchasing, and others.
• Ensure SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety policies are followed.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports on productivity, downtime, and KPIs.
• Lead, supervise, and develop supervisors, team leaders, engineers, and staff.
• Ensure proper utilization of equipment and coordinate with Maintenance for PM.
• Manage issues, root-cause analysis, and sustainable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Provide management with recommendations to improve overall performance and future needs.
