• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supervise the Production Control team and ensure efficient execution of planning activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, QA, and Sales to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor material availability, production capacity, and inventory to prevent interruptions.
• Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Prepare production reports and KPIs for management review.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and safety.
• Mentor and develop team members.
