Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive national sales and marketing with full P&L ownership. The role requires building a high-performing team and aligning commercial strategy with operations to maximize revenue, market share and brand equity.

You will own end-to-end sales strategy, lead a cross-functional organization, and guide strategic initiatives across product launches, pricing, distribution and trade marketing while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred with strong commercial track record.
• Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is essential, with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to lead multiple functions (sales, marketing, operations).
• Financial fluency including P&L management and capital expenditure planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead national sales and marketing organization to drive revenue growth, market share and brand equity.
• Own end-to-end sales strategy: distribution, key accounts, trade marketing, pricing and route-to-market.
• Drive new business development and market expansion with profitable growth.
• Direct brand management including positioning, consumer insights, advertising and launches.
• Set and monitor commercial KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team with succession planning.
• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure supply suitability, quality and food safety.
• Align sales demand with supply chain and production planning to meet service levels.
• Own the organization P&L and oversee budgeting, expenses and capex decisions.
