Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience with manufacturing assembly processes and PLM data.
• Strong problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering assessment on issues stopping production.
• Optimize production process and design efficient systems while ensuring product quality.
• Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods; suggest design or process changes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs through fabrication processes and tooling knowledge.
• Collaborate with teams to improve workflows and deploy new technology on the line.
• Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders about policies and practices.
• Influence decision makers with recommended actions.
• Work autonomously on smaller projects with moderate supervision.
• Adhere to EHS practices and report hazards to ensure safety.
