Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consulting Manager to blend strategic consulting, solution design, and sales execution. This role partners with senior client stakeholders to translate complex supply chain challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, warehouse management, and end-to-end supply chain, with success in Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior-level industry practitioner or management consultant experience.
• 4+ years in Retail, CPG, or B2B Manufacturing, with multiple client engagements.
• Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (F&R).
• Experience with consultative and value-based solution selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with ability to engage C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and articulate end-to-end supply chain processes, including Demand Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment, and Warehouse Management.
• Engage with management teams and senior stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements.
• Conduct business discovery and identify root causes of supply chain issues.
• Develop strategic recommendations and map challenges to technology capabilities.
• Design actionable solution roadmaps aligned with transformation priorities.
• Quantify business impact and develop value propositions and business cases.
• Lead and facilitate supply chain solution workshops with clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Present capabilities, business value, and improvement opportunities.
