Job summary

PW Philippines Corporation is seeking a Manager to help clients identify key business and financial risks in relation to planned acquisitions, divestments, capital raises and make recommendations to address such risks.

Responsibilities include understanding industry trends, reviewing contract terms, performing historical trending analyses and preparing reports with actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• At least five years of work experience in M&A advisory or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business and financial risks in target deals.
• Understand industry trends and regulatory environment of the target company.
• Review contract terms with customers, debtors, suppliers, shareholders and related parties.
• Perform historical trending analysis to understand the business drivers of the target company.
• Prepare reports with observations and recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Create presentation materials and due diligence lists.
• Coordinate research on target clients and investment opportunities.
• Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach to deliver results.
• Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
