Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing presentation materials, due diligence lists, project briefs, and conducting research on target clients and industries.

Qualifications

• CPA with at least 2 years in M&A advisory or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-starter, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business and financial risks for target companies.
• Review contract terms with customers, debtors, suppliers, shareholders and related parties.
• Perform historical trending analysis to understand business drivers.
• Use tools to extract insights from current trends in the business area.
• Prepare reports on observations and recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Prepare supporting documents such as presentations and due diligence lists.
• Conduct research on target clients, investment opportunities, and key industries.
• Delegate tasks and coach team to deliver results.
• Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions.
