• Review contracts with customers, debtors, suppliers, shareholders and related parties.
• Perform historical trending analysis to understand business drivers.
• Prepare reports with observations and recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Prepare documents such as presentation materials and due diligence lists.
• Conduct research on target clients, investment opportunities and industries.
• Delegate tasks and coach others to deliver results.
• Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions.
