Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a proactive Partner Relations Assistant to help identify and onboard LCs and affiliate partners. The role involves coordinating recruitment events, orientations, and activation campaigns, and maintaining partner records for ongoing programs.

You will support event logistics, collaboration between LC Relations and Affiliate Marketing, and gather partner feedback to improve processes. Weekend work is expected as part of the regular schedule.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Work experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role or relevant field.
• Work schedule: includes weekend shifts as part of the regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and onboarding new LCs and affiliate partners.
• Coordinate recruitment events, orientations, and activation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of active and newly onboarded partners.
• Support logistics for trade shows, training sessions, and marketing events.
• Prepare materials, attendance tracking, and post-event documentation.
• Act as liaison between LC Relations and Affiliate Marketing teams for shared activities.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates on partner engagement.
• Collect feedback from trade partners for process and service improvement.
• Provide clerical and administrative support for joint projects.
