Job summary

Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the organization's learning and capability development initiatives. This role owns the end-to-end L&D process, from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to program design, LMS management, and measurement of training effectiveness.

You will partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, develop policies and frameworks, and drive adoption of digital and blended learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related functions
• Proven experience managing end-to-end L&D programs and Training Needs Analysis
• Experience in developing and implementing training policies, frameworks, and processes
• Experience in LMS administration and learning analytics is preferred
• L&D, HR or other relevant certification is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies, policies, guidelines, and processes aligned with business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end L&D process, from Training Needs Analysis and program design through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities across functions to identify gaps
• Translate identified capability gaps into learning programs and interventions
• Design, coordinate, and facilitate leadership, technical, functional, and behavioral learning programs
• Manage and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) with content, tracking, and reporting
• Establish training standards and guidelines for consistency and quality
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and data
• Manage the L&D budget and coordinate with external providers
• Partner with business leaders to identify learning priorities and solutions
• Drive adoption of digital, blended, and innovative learning approaches
• Maintain learning records, reports, and documentation
• Prepare regular L&D reports and insights
• Ensure compliance with training policies and requirements
