UnitedHealth Group's Optum unit seeks a Learning & Development Trainer to lead leadership development across IT Support Services. You will partner with stakeholders to assess capability needs, design curricula, and oversee learning solution development with instructional designers.

You will facilitate programs for supervisors through senior leaders, provide coaching, and drive AI-enabled leadership practices, data-driven outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Significant experience in leadership development, facilitation, learning strategy, organizational development, or talent development.
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Proven consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive strategic capability-building initiatives.

• Lead leadership development across IT Support Services by partnering with stakeholders to assess capability needs.
• Design leadership curricula and learning pathways aligned with objectives.
• Oversee learning solution development with Instructional Designers and Content Developers.
• Facilitate leadership programs and coaching for leaders.
