Job summary

Optum, a UnitedHealth Group Company, in Manila, is seeking a Sr. People Development Analyst to design, deliver, and execute learning initiatives that grow employees and the organization.

You will partner with business leaders and People teams, facilitate programs for employees and managers, manage end-to-end programs, coordinate onboarding, and track outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Capability Development, HR Program Management, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication with the ability to facilitate audiences confidently.
• Proven experience facilitating training, workshops, or development programs for employee and manager audiences.
• Demonstrated experience delivering leadership development and behavioral learning programs.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences, including instructional design, curriculum development, and learning content creation.
• Knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
• Experience facilitating both live classroom and virtual learning sessions.
• Strong proficiency with learning technologies, collaboration tools, and virtual training platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and onboarding experiences for employees and managers.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and support the execution of learning solutions.
• Manage learning programs from planning through completion, including scheduling, communications, logistics, and reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a positive and seamless new hire experience.
• Track program outcomes, learner feedback, and participation data to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
