• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners internally and externally
• Represent Consumer Engineering work and teams across Optum global leadership
• Maintain accountability for code design, implementation, quality, data, and operations
• Stay hands-on and continuously learn new AI approaches and frameworks
• Create technical specifications and write high-quality, scalable code; review code and mentor engineers
• Demonstrate collaboration with diverse teams
• Provide leadership and accountability for performance of managers/senior staff
• Drive impact at local business unit or market level

Responsibilities
