Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Assistant Manager to design and deliver OD and change management initiatives across corporate units, ensuring the organization works efficiently and effectively.

You will drive strategy, develop learning materials and templates, advance competency profiles, support performance management, and partner with business leaders to implement multi‑phased HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years in L&OD, Talent Management or HR Development; 1–2 years in senior specialist, supervisory or assistant management capacity.
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs, 360-degree feedback).
• Hands‑on proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Strong mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR analytics/reporting tools.
• Certifications (Advantage): COSH/OSHC, Lean Six Sigma, or professional HR certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM, CHRP).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates design and delivery of OD and change management activities.
• Improves OD framework and processes; researches data and trends for management.
• Leads Learning Strategy & Program Operations tasks.
• Supports organizational design with templates and job design guidance.
