Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in L&OD, Talent Management, or HR Development; 1–2 years in senior specialist/supervisor/assistant management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates learning strategy & program operations; updates org structures and cascades learning materials across corporate departments.
• Develops competency profiles and templates; supports heads in building new profiles and assessing needs.
• Designs, implements, and evaluates performance management systems; creates materials to strengthen PMS capabilities; supports onboarding period activities.
