Job summary

Zohorecruit in Cebu City, Philippines, is hiring a Training Manager to design and execute our Training & Development strategy, oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle, and ensure readiness for production. You will lead a team of trainers and collaborate with Operations to measure impact.

The role requires 7–10 years in BPO Training/L&D, 3–5 years in leadership, and willingness to work shifting schedules. Competitive incentives and ongoing coaching are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in Psychology, HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field is an advantage.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in BPO Training/L&D or related functions.
• 3–5 years in a Training Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience managing Trainers, Training Supervisors, or instructional design teams.
• Experience supporting high-volume BPO operations and multiple programs/accounts.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends/holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's Training & Development strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Own end-to-end training lifecycle from New Hire Training through nesting and post-training monitoring.
• Establish readiness/certification standards before employees are endorsed to Operations.
• Monitor throughput, graduation, attendance, assessment results, and readiness.
• Lead competency-based curricula for Agents, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Managers, and support roles.
• Manage Training content governance and ensure alignment with client processes.
• Partner with Operations to measure business impact of training interventions.
