Job summary

MSD is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to own training needs analysis, design and deliver programs for sales and marketing teams in Makati. You will partner with business leaders to define performance gaps and create targeted interventions.

Responsibilities include developing long-term capability strategies, coordinating with SMEs, and measuring learning outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strong facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 3-5 years management experience in learning and development space / marketing and engagement with salesforce and facilitation with leadership experience.
• Independent mindset and a strong interpersonal skill to engage with high level of stakeholders.
• Strategic and executional skill sets are required.
• Knowledgeable in business acumen to interpret the business needs and convert into solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong facilitation skill.

Responsibilities

• Establish, deepen and sustain relationships with business leaders to understand needs and identify interventions.
• Lead collaborative efforts to define desired performance outcomes and analyze training needs with cross-functional teams.
• Stay current on L&D tools and practices to provide relevant solutions.
• Develop short- and long-term strategies for sales and marketing capability development.
• Design and develop training programs aligned to business objectives and client requirements.
• Coordinate with learning support and stakeholders to ensure aligned solutions.
• Create evaluation processes and measurement tools to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Deliver training and support SMEs, apply and coach selling, sales management, and product management concepts.
• Use adult learning principles to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Identify and train internal resources to conduct Train-the-Trainor programs.
• Generate evaluation reports and provide timely feedback on learning impact.
• Monitor cost-effectiveness and suggest improvements for programs.
