Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional to own and drive training initiatives that build critical capabilities aligned with business goals. The role requires partnering with sales and marketing, medical, digital, data & analytics teams, and centers of excellence to design and implement programs that close capability gaps.

You will establish annual training plans, develop targeted capabilities such as Omnichannel Engagement and Strategic Key Account Management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 3-5 years management experience in learning and development space / marketing and engagement with salesforce and facilitation with leadership experience.
• Independent mindset and strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS: establish relationships with leaders to identify needs and performance gaps; define interventions.
• TRAINING DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT: develop strategies and programs aligned to business objectives; liaise with Learning Support Services.
• TRAINING DELIVERY & EVALUATION: deliver training, coach SMEs, measure learning outcomes and impact.
