The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of B2B sales or key account experience in related industries, excellent English communication, and a proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales within generator sets or related industries.
• Experience in the Philippines market with an established network of customers, consultants, EPC contractors, dealers/distributors, or other stakeholders.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, business development, commercial negotiation, and long-term account management.
• Fluent in English to effectively communicate with customers, partners, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Philippines and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts across Philippines to expand generator set sales.
• Develop customized sales strategies and account plans for major clients and strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
• Lead commercial discussions, prepare quotations, and manage tenders and sales documentation.
• Oversee contract negotiation and execution; coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
