Lamudi in Makati City is seeking a seasoned Key Accounts Manager (Developer & Digital Sales) to grow strategic corporate clients by acquiring new accounts, guiding onboarding, and building lasting partnerships.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding with cross-functional teams, develop account plans, manage renewals, and explore upsell opportunities while safeguarding service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, communications or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in key account management, corporate sales or client success roles (B2B preferred).
• Knowledge of platform-based services and connectivity solutions.
• Proven track record in new account acquisition, onboarding and managing high-value clients.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate accounts in target industries.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for newly acquired key accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Develop account plans aligned with client goals and company objectives.
• Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor client usage and upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on needs.
