Job summary

DVI Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our corporate and B2B client portfolio in the IT hardware and AV space. This on-site role focuses on mid-to-large enterprises, including MNCs, and requires a proven track record in direct B2B sales and tender processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B direct sales experience.
• Experience with IT hardware, AV solutions, or workplace/tenant services.
• Experience managing corporate or MNC clients in the Philippines.
• Knowledge of tender processes, RFPs, and procurement workflows.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing corporate accounts, building strong relationships and delivering service.
• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities focusing on mid to large enterprises and MNCs.
• Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including tender submissions and negotiations.
• Propose tailored AV, IT infrastructure, and workplace solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to craft client-aligned solutions.
• Monitor account performance and sales metrics to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain understanding of IT hardware, AV and WM/working space markets.
• Prepare and present regular pipeline and market feedback reports to leadership.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
