You will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, lead pricing and contract discussions, and manage renewals to support sales growth.

Collaborating with internal support, logistics and technical staff, you will track account metrics and market trends to update senior management.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build long-term trust and serve as the main point of contact for major clients.
• Sales Growth: Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Lead discussions on pricing, terms, renewals, and agreements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams (support, logistics, and technical staff) to ensure client needs are met.
• Reporting: Track account metrics, sales performance, and market trends to update management.
