You will ensure alignment with client objectives and drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in account management or digital marketing, with proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and upsell

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in account management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or client-facing roles.
• Experience with MNC clients and senior-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems, ideally TikTok Shop or similar.
• Experience with livestreaming, affiliate marketing, influencer management, and paid advertising.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver business results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic Account Management: primary contact for MNC clients and align services to objectives.
• Integrated Service Management: oversee Livestream Operations, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Management and Ads.
• Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management: engage senior stakeholders and manage escalations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: coordinate with internal teams and partners for seamless delivery.
• Project & Resource Management: oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Issue Resolution & Risk Management: identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Business Development & Upselling: identify opportunities to expand engagements and services.
