Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for MNC clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and aligning service delivery with their business objectives.
• Integrated Service Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple services, including Livestream Operations, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Management, and Ads Management, ensuring alignment across workstreams.
• Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Manage senior-level client stakeholders, lead strategic discussions, address escalations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams, service leads, and external partners to ensure seamless execution, alignment of priorities, and timely delivery of client commitments.
• Project & Resource Management: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, deliverables, and operational priorities across multiple service lines to ensure efficient execution.
• Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Proactively identify business risks, resolve complex client concerns, and drive corrective actions across internal teams.
• Business Development & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements, introduce additional services, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or client-facing business roles, preferably managing large enterprise or multinational accounts.
• Proven experience managing MNC clients and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, preferably TikTok Shop or other marketplace platforms.
• Familiarity with multiple digital commerce services, including livestreaming, affiliate marketing, influencer management, and paid advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver business results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
