Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking an Information Technology Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will build strong technology talent pipelines for local and global hiring requirements, covering sourcing, screening, and closing tech roles.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, referrals, and other portals, engineer Boolean searches, conduct recruiter interviews, partner with hiring managers, manage offers, and maintain ATS and KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT skill sets
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search & ATS
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate closure skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, referrals & job portals
• Build Boolean & X-Ray searches to identify passive talent
• Screen candidates and conduct initial recruiter interviews
• Partner with hiring managers and coordinate technical interviews
• Manage offers, negotiations, counteroffers and joining formalities
• Maintain ATS records and track recruitment KPIs & SLAs
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain active talent pipelines
