Job summary

GCash, a leading FinTech in the Philippines, seeks an experienced procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing for Technology categories. You will manage end-to-end cycles for SaaS, hardware, and cloud services, ensuring alignment with IT architecture and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic procurement and sourcing.
• At least 2 years in technology commodities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for Technology categories.
• Conduct market research, cost modeling, and spend analysis.
• Design, execute, and evaluate RFPs, RFIs, RFQs.
• Vendor management, governance and SLA/KPI oversight.
• Negotiate pricing models, MSAs, and data privacy terms.
• Partner with CTOs, IT Directors, and Finance for alignment.
