Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for Technology categories.
• Conduct market research, cost modeling, and spend analysis.
• Design, execute, and evaluate RFPs, RFIs, RFQs.
• Vendor management, governance and SLA/KPI oversight.
• Negotiate pricing models, MSAs, and data privacy terms.
• Partner with CTOs, IT Directors, and Finance for alignment.

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• IT Category Management & Strategic Sourcing
• Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for Technology categories, including SaaS/Enterprise Software licenses, Hardware/Infrastructure, and Cloud Managed Services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Conduct market research, cost modeling, and spend analysis to identify cost-optimization, vendor consolidation, and efficiency opportunities.
• Design, execute, and evaluate complex RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for high-value technical requirements.
• Vendor Management & Governance
• Manage relationships with both local and international technology vendors, holding suppliers accountable to SLAs, KPIs, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor vendor performance, conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and manage vendor risk, compliance, and data security requirements alongside internal legal and IT security teams.
• Complex Negotiations & Contracting
• Lead high-stakes negotiations covering pricing models, licensing metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), master service agreements (MSAs), and data privacy terms.
• Drive maximum commercial value while mitigating financial, technical, and operational risks.
• Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner closely with internal tech leads, CTOs, IT Directors, and Finance to align procurement strategies with technical architecture and corporate goals.- Synthesize complex technical and commercial data into concise, strategic presentations for executive leadership and top management decision-making.

We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Overall Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Tech Category Expertise: At least 2 years of dedicated experience managing and negotiating technology commodities (Software/SaaS, Hardware, and Cloud Services).
