Job summary

DFI Retail Group is seeking an IT Procurement Manager with a solid background in strategic and category procurement to drive IT sourcing initiatives across markets including Hong Kong and Singapore. You will manage projects, develop sourcing strategies, and work with stakeholders to align specifications, SLAs, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years IT procurement experience.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Mandarin/Cantonese language preferred but not required.
• Degree or equivalent in Purchasing and Supply/Business or related discipline.
• Experience in retail and multi-market industry is preferred but not required.
• Experience of working in small team, able to follow end to end procurement process and work independently.
• Strong data capture/analysis and solution generation.
• Pro-active, self-motivated, well-organized, efficient and ability to work under pressure.
• Achievement and goal oriented with good organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT procurement projects and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Create and implement procurement strategies and sourcing documentation.
• Lead contract negotiations and evaluate technical and commercial scores.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and IT security requirements.
• Draft spend approvals and contract recommendation papers.
• Develop and actively manage IT category plans.
