Job summary

Confidential seeks an IT Senior Procurement Officer to support the Category Manager by developing category sourcing strategies and ensuring alignment with procurement policies. You will identify stakeholder needs, optimize the supply base, and manage supplier lifecycle with a focus on IT indirect categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of professional category management experience in IT or indirect category.
• Proven ability to support a multidisciplinary team in a project-led environment.
• Procurement affiliations and/or certifications are an advantage.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid work setup).

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholder requirements and execute category plans to meet business objectives.
• Optimize the supply base by leveraging market insights, analyses, and findings to drive value.
• Manage the entire supplier lifecycle, including accreditation, onboarding, performance evaluation, and phase-out processes.
• Ensure local sourcing practices align with overall procurement policies.
• Collaborate with the procurement leadership team to implement process improvements and ensure compliant on-site execution.
• Partner with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders to support organizational goals.
