Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• CPSCM certification is a plus.
• Six years of IT procurement experience or related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation and financial skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential IT vendors.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
• Oversee end-to-end IT procurement processes.

• Review supplier performance and cost analyses.
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly procurement reports.
