DBS Bank Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Senior Associate of Technology Procurement to drive strategic sourcing for IT infrastructure, software and services, and lead end-to-end procurement projects.

You will optimize costs, govern major vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance within a highly secure financial environment.

Cross-functional collaboration with CIOs, CTOs, Risk, Legal and Finance will shape the P2P lifecycle from demand forecasting to contract renewals.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive IT procurement/strategic sourcing experience in a regulated banking/financial services environment.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; MBA are advantageous.
• Deep understanding of software licensing, cloud models, hardware infra, and IT service agreements.
• Advanced contract negotiation, Excel, executive stakeholder management, and financial modeling (TCO/ROI).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for major technology portfolios (IT infra, software, services).
• Drive cost optimization and vendor negotiations to reduce TCO.
• Ensure regulatory compliance; collaborate with Risk, Legal, IT teams for due diligence.
• Manage SRM, contract renewals, disputes, and vendor governance.
• Forecast technology demand with CIO/CTO and streamline P2P lifecycle.
