Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Operations, IT Strategy, or IT Business Management in SaaS/cloud env.
• Proven track record with IT budgets, forecasting and vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of OKR, ITIL, agile and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own global IT budget and financial governance.
• Lead OKR development, alignment and tracking with IT leadership.
• Drive IT transformation, governance, and operational maturity initiatives.
• Lead QBRs and communicate IT plans and metrics to executives.
• Oversee policy, standards, and governance in IT.
• Communicate IT updates to the broader business.
