Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience configuring Fortigate Firewall and managing Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS & Group Policy is preferred.
• Ability to set up and secure local networks and VPNs.
• Experience in security hardening of servers and network devices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements with stakeholders to design IT solutions.
• Collaborate with department managers to plan network maintenance and growth.
• Direct IT projects from design to deployment of new systems and services.
• Oversee project timelines, upgrades, mitigations, and outages.
• Monitor information systems performance and recommend improvements.
• Develop disaster recovery plans to keep operations functional during crises.
• Create and implement IT policies and best practices.
