MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking a DT Operations Manager to lead IT operations across enterprise infrastructure, network, surveillance, and industrial IoT. You will steer strategy, governance, and a multi‑skilled team to maximize uptime and security.
Responsibilities include directing IT strategy, mentoring staff, overseeing CCTV and IoT platforms, and managing vendor SLAs while communicating with Excom and senior leaders on performance and roadmaps.
The DT Operations Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for enterprise IT operations. Managing a dedicated team of technical specialists and helpdesk personnel, this role ensures maximum uptime, performance, and security across core IT infrastructure, network systems, enterprise surveillance, and industrial IoT solutions (such as GPS tracking and fuel sensors).
IT Strategy & Governance: Formulate, implement, and refine regional IT operational strategies, policies, and service level frameworks to ensure technology assets align with business goals and security standards.
Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage and mentor technical staff (Principal, Senior, and Technical Specialists, alongside Helpdesk personnel), driving a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Infrastructure, IoT & Surveillance Oversight: Direct the availability and maintenance of core hardware, enterprise network architectures, CCTV systems, and operational IoT technologies (e.g., fuel monitoring, GPS sensors).
Advanced Incident Management: Lead root-cause analysis for high-impact, systemic technical issues, implementing long-term preventative measures to safeguard business continuity.
Vendor & Service Level Management: Strategic point of contact for external IT service providers, managing contracts, service quality, and performance for key vendors across telecommunications, helpdesk, and specialized IoT technologies.
Executive Communication: Deliver operational performance updates, major incident post-mortems, and technology roadmaps to Excom and senior operational leaders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT infrastructure, technical operations, or systems management.
Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated experience directly supervising technical teams and managing multi-vendor operational ecosystems.
Technical Acumen: Hands-on exposure to core networking, cybersecurity standards, enterprise surveillance, industrial IoT platforms, and IT service desk workflows.
Strategic management and critical thinking to resolve complex, ambiguous operational challenges.
High-level negotiation and vendor management skills to enforce rigorous SLAs.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to bridge technical realities with executive priorities.
