Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

• Experience in project coordination or management, retail operations support, ticketing systems and incident management, IT service coordination.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, devices, and infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret technical concepts and translate them into business actions.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and reporting tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for tracking performance and supporting decisions.
